1. Gantilah camilan permen dan cokelat dengan buah-buahan segar ataupun jus sayur dan buah tanpa tambahan gula.
2. Biasakan anak-anak berolah raga secara rutin atau biasakan aktif bergerak seperti jalan kaki menuju sekolah.
3. Pastikan anak Anda tidur cukup, selain merasa segar saat bangun, tidur cukup juga bisa menjaga tubuh tetap ideal.
4. Biasakan anak-anak makan makanan yang sehat tidak hanya di rumah, tetapi juga di sekolah dengan membekalinya makanan yang bergizi.
5. Jangan membiasakan anak-anak minum minuman yang mengandung soda.
6. Sebaiknya jangan memperkenalkan minuman yang mengandung pemanis buatan.
7.
